- 3 Lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Wing Sauce (like Buffalo, BBQ, whatever you like)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, place a baking rack onto the baking sheet, and spray the rack with non-stick spray.
Break your wings down into drums and flats, if not already done so. Or you can leave them whole, whatever you prefer.
Add the wings to a large bowl. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Toss the wings to coat in the spices.
Place the wings (upside down) onto the baking rack, spacing them apart as much as you can (use 2 pans if you need to).
Bake for 25 minutes. Flip the wings and bake for another 20-30 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
Place them into a large bowl and about 1/3 cup of your favorite sauce. Toss to coat the wings and serve some extra sauce on the side. Enjoy!
