Ingredients

  • 3 Lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Wing Sauce (like Buffalo, BBQ, whatever you like)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, place a baking rack onto the baking sheet, and spray the rack with non-stick spray.
  • Break your wings down into drums and flats, if not already done so. Or you can leave them whole, whatever you prefer.
  • Add the wings to a large bowl. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Toss the wings to coat in the spices.
  • Place the wings (upside down) onto the baking rack, spacing them apart as much as you can (use 2 pans if you need to).
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Flip the wings and bake for another 20-30 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
  • Place them into a large bowl and about 1/3 cup of your favorite sauce. Toss to coat the wings and serve some extra sauce on the side. Enjoy!
