Ingredients

  • 1 Large Loaf of French Bread or Ciabatta Bread
  • 1/2 Cup Whipped Roasted Garlic Butter, softened See recipe link
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Dried Parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. (You can also cut it in half width-wise to make it more manageable if you like).
  • Spread the softened roasted garlic butter along the inside of the bread. Place the top of the bread back onto the bottom of the bread and wrap with foil. Place the bread directly on an oven rack (in the middle of the oven) and bake for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, remove the bread from the oven. Line a baking sheet with a new piece of foil. Carefully open up the bread foil packets. Lay the bread pieces on the baking sheet and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the tops of the bread with a little dried parsley flakes.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden on top. Serve warm. Enjoy!
