Mango-Avocado Salsa

Delicious, easy, and fresh. This Mango-Avocado Salsa can add brightness to any dinner or is great on its own as a snack/appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 1 Small Red Pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion, diced
  • 1 JalapeƱo, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • 1 Avocado, diced

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients except for the last 2 (the salt and the avocado) in a medium bowl and stir until combined.
  • Add a pinch of salt and the diced avocado and stir gently to combine, making sure not to smash the avocado. Taste and season with more salt if necessary.
