Mango-Avocado Salsa
Delicious, easy, and fresh. This Mango-Avocado Salsa can add brightness to any dinner or is great on its own as a snack/appetizer.

- 1 Mango, diced
- 1 Small Red Pepper, diced
- 1/2 Small Red Onion, diced
- 1 JalapeƱo, diced
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Kosher Salt, to taste
- 1 Avocado, diced
Combine all of the ingredients except for the last 2 (the salt and the avocado) in a medium bowl and stir until combined.
Add a pinch of salt and the diced avocado and stir gently to combine, making sure not to smash the avocado. Taste and season with more salt if necessary.
