Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Small Sweet Onion, finely diced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Liquid Smoke (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into your slow cooker and mix everything together a bit.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
  • Remove the cooked chicken from the slow cooker, shred, and place back into the slow cooker. Stir the chicken around in the sauce.
  • Serve the chicken however you like! Enjoy!
  • Store the leftovers in an air-tight container for up to 4 days.
