Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Chicken

- 2 1/2 Lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 Small Sweet Onion, finely diced
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Liquid Smoke (optional)
Place all of the ingredients into your slow cooker and mix everything together a bit.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
Remove the cooked chicken from the slow cooker, shred, and place back into the slow cooker. Stir the chicken around in the sauce.
Serve the chicken however you like! Enjoy!
Store the leftovers in an air-tight container for up to 4 days.
