Loaded Oreo Blondies
These Loaded Oreo Blondies are just that- LOADED with Oreos. A delicious cookie transformed into an even more delicious blondie. Be careful, they’re addicting!

- 1 1/4 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, almost melted & cooled
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- 12 Double Stuff Oreos, crushed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 9x9” baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, both sugars, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs until well combined.
Use a silicone spatula to mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Add the crushed Oreos (reserving a small handful) and stir until mixed in. Sprinkle the top with the reserved Oreos.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before removing from pan and cutting into squares. Enjoy!
