Whipped Roasted Garlic Butter

Light, airy, glorious whipped butter that’s loaded with roasted garlic. This Whipped Roasted Garlic Butter is absolutely glorious.

Ingredients

  • 2 Heads of Roasted Garlic (Instructions on roasting garlic in notes above)
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the softened butter with on medium-high speed using the paddle attachment. Beat it until it is light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the garlic cloves from 2 roasted garlic heads. Make sure that the garlic has cooled or it will melt your butter. Also add the parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the butter on medium-high speed for another minute or two until the garlic and seasoning is well incorporated in the butter.
  • Whipped butter should be stored in the refrigerator. Can be stored for up to 10 days. Enjoy!
