Whipped Roasted Garlic Butter
Light, airy, glorious whipped butter that’s loaded with roasted garlic. This Whipped Roasted Garlic Butter is absolutely glorious.

- 2 Heads of Roasted Garlic (Instructions on roasting garlic in notes above)
- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the softened butter with on medium-high speed using the paddle attachment. Beat it until it is light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the garlic cloves from 2 roasted garlic heads. Make sure that the garlic has cooled or it will melt your butter. Also add the parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix the butter on medium-high speed for another minute or two until the garlic and seasoning is well incorporated in the butter.
Whipped butter should be stored in the refrigerator. Can be stored for up to 10 days. Enjoy!
