- 1 Large Loaf Ciabbata (or 2 regular loafs), cut into cubes
- 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, finely grated (the powdered kind)
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the cubed ciabatta to a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, parmesan cheese, lemon zest, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until real well combined.
Pour the oil mixture over top of the bread cubes and gently toss the bread in the oil with a rubber spatula.
Dump the bread out onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread the bread cubes out into a single layer and space them out as much as you can.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, gently stirring about every 7 minutes. Bake until the croutons are goldenen and crispy. Let them sit on the hot baking sheet for a few minutes before devouring. Enjoy!
