Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 and spray a ramekin with cooking spray. In a small bowl, mash together the softened butter and the brown sugar. Mix until combined. Add the egg yolks and vanilla and stir.
  2. Add the oat flour, baking soda and pinch of salt. Mix well until it becomes a dough. Mix in half of the dark chocolate chunks (use however much you like— I used half of a dark chocolate bar).
  3. Put half of the dough into the ramekin and then top with your reserved dark chocolate (to create a “molten” middle). Top with the other half of your dough. Bake for 18-20 minutes, depending on your preference of molten-ish.
